You want to hire a party planner, event coordinator?
Dabling So I'm in this industry for some time … planning weddings and parties. I love it. Each couple or family that I worked was surprised at how the industry takes benefit of consumers, less stress and how you can be the case if you're using. I really want to take this a notch … an event coordinator. The question is will always be good … you pay? How much do you pay? Did you just pay someone to help on the day of your event? Or pay someone to guide you along the way … help make budget decisions, and guide through all the fine print? Opinions are welcome, thank you!
I would ask if it was a really great event and, of course, if I had the budget for a planner. I throw a lot of games and half the fun is planning, but they are usually about 30-40 people and is manageable. However, when planning my wedding for 300 people was something different and it would have been nice to have some help. Of course, when I got married 14 years ago, I had time to do. If I were to get married now with a boy and a full time job, I would not be able to handle it. In short, I think your target market would be major events, people with money, and perhaps those who are too busy to do it themselves. Perhaps companies to organize events Corporate or large conferences or weddings. I hope to help.
