Russell Peters is back!
Funny man Russell Peters began his career at age 19 live in your hometown city, Toronto, Ontario. Since then, Peters has traveled throughout the world, put two comedy specials and has been repeatedly nominated for several awards television and comedy.
Peters first special Russell Peters: Outsourcing has proved extremely popular, especially Canada. Despite being entirely self-financed, for that special DVD has sold over 100,000 copies to date and has managed to stay in DVD General Plan, even a year after being released.
In 2008, Peters hosted the Juno Awards. Besides won a Gemini Award nomination for Best Performance or Host in a Variety Show or Series "for her performance, yuzu III (Which was the host), received top marks in a few seconds the program's history. That was enough to prompt producers the issuance of invitation to welcome back the following year – this year – March 29, 2009.
The last story Canada launched its second (and) DVD Russell Peters: Red, white and brown, 2 February 2008.
