What to write in a book of household tips for a wedding? I like to write something memorable and fun

I am cousin removed (male) marriage. I purchased a gift through the registry, this book is a listing that I thought would be useful for them. It's more a book of cooking tips, giving advice on how to prepare food and facilities available revenue. I know that your most parents I know (only met the bride to be once), but not too close to their parents either. I got like ….. hope you find this useful for your wedding .. Not very memorable or funny!

I want to keep … There is a helpful household hint that I use all the time and did not see in this book … Then a small list of good advice that I use personally. Since you do not know the couple well, you should not be too soft or too personal, but I think the inclusion of a ruse of housewives who have found useful would be Nice to your registration.
