Stir until the egg mixture is hot, add the milk mixture. Heat and stir for 3-4 minutes until creamy thick. Add salt 1 / 4 teaspoon and 1 / 16 v. Tea cayenne pepper, and add 1 / 2 cup Asiago or Swiss cheese until that melted.
